Members info

The FCA Calgary offers both chapter members and the public an opportunity to learn more about the arts through workshops, lectures and exhibitions. All of our events are planned and run by volunteer members. Learn more about how to join our organization, and how you can be an active participant in our community.

The FCA Calgary Chapter offers two primary levels of membership: Supporting and Active. You must be a member of our parent organization as well as the Calgary Chapter. Memberships are valid from January to December, and include a subscription to Art Avenue magazine, a biweekly e-newsletter and discounted rates on advertising. New members who join October to December will have their membership extended to the following year.

The FCA Calgary Chapter hosts a number of workshops throughout the year. Workshops are open to FCA Calgary members and the general public. Our workshop coordinators work hard to find outstanding instructors who can help the membership expand their technical skills. Past workshop instructors include Mike Svob, Sandy Maudlin, Sarah Yeoman, Jane Davies, and more.
